At Sweet Story, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation and refunds policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read the following terms carefully:

• Cancellation Timeframe:

• • Orders cancelled up to 5 days before the scheduled collection time will receive a full refund.

• • Cancellations made within 5 days but more than 72 hours before the scheduled collection time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled collection time.

• How to Cancel:

• • To cancel your order, please contact us via email at info@sweetstorycakes.co.uk or call us at 0777897588. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

• Refunds:

• • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Bespoke and Wedding Cakes

• • For bespoke and wedding Cakes a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon pick up or in the case of wedding cakes prior to delivery at the venue. We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellation before the scheduled pick up/delivery for us to refund your deposit,

• Changes to Orders:

• • Changes to orders can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes made within 48 hours may not be possible.
